Personal History		Scott Leo Carter was born on April 14, 2369 in Blainsworth, Nebraska. The only child of Jacob and Mary Carter, both gourmet chefs. He is English and Irish decent. His parents always wanted the best for him, he only attended private school until high school where he graduated with high honors. Scott was always a nerdy and geeky kid. He was fortunate not to be picked on. When he got into high school Scott was in all honors classes, but he wanted something different, he wanted to be more muscular and less skinny and frail. Scott joined the wrestling and track team, which he preformed exceptly well. Scott attended Harvard University pursuing a joint degree in law and government. He was also involved with the Jiu Jitsu and Dragonboat clubs. Scott planned on working for a big law firm and eventually get into politics after graduation, but he got some good advice from Pete Weller a visiting professor, that told him all great attorney's have real life experience before becoming an attorney, especially one that pursues politics. He later found out that Pete Weller was a ten year Dallas Police veteran before starting his private law practice. After earning his law degree at Harvard, Scott took Pete Weller's advice and enlisted in Starfleet. He attended basic and Security training at Laikan, Andoria. Scott received tactical training at Antares Fleet Yards, before shipping to his first assignment on the U.S.S. Carthage.
