Members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of both the sim and fleet at all times, both in character and out of character. By continuing, I affirm that I will sim in a proper and adequate manner. Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently, or post posts with explicit content (above PG-13) will be removed immediately, and by continuing, I agree to this.
By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Starbase 332 Privacy Policy, which can be found here, and that I agree to receive communications from the sim and from Pegasus Fleet regarding updates pertaining to this sim and Pegasus Fleet. I understand that my contact information will not be shared internally for any reason other than conducting Starbase 332 and Pegasus Fleet business, and will not be shared externally for any reason without my permission. By agreeing to these terms, I affirm that I have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement, including that I am of the age of majority in the United Kingdom and my own country.
By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that I am expected to log in to the site at least one (1) time per month, and demonstrate a reasonable effort to contribute to the sim plot by actively responding to tags and creating new ones for other players in a joint post, reminding other players that a joint post is waiting on them to proceed, or by completing solo posts. I acknowledge that I will be evaluated every two (2) months to determine if I have demonstrated a reasonable effort to remain active. I acknowledge that on failure to meet either of these requirements, I will be considered inactive and my characters deactivated in accordance with the sim activity requirements.
If I do not have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement for any reason, up to and including not having reached the age of consent, a Parent or Legal Guardian may enter the Agreement on my behalf. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), I, or my Legal Guardian, affirm that I am above the age of 13.
