| Personal History | Brenda was raised in the city of Rome, Her Father was a established writer of suspense novels after a long career in law enforcement. Her Mother held several positions in a small global news organization. When Brenda was Ten her family was involved in scandal that separated her parents. She spent alternate times with both parents. As a teen she enjoyed the social scene of her birth city and all of it’s glitter. Her Father spoiled her and she was an A list young lady in the city. She attended Journalism School closer to her Mother who was always in a first run production. She saw the backstage quite often and knew it’s gritty side. Her opinions were her weapon and Brenda wanted to learn as much as she could from her parents. Her senses of intrigue she sharpened with her father and the ruthlessness of the news business from her Mother as her fellow peers soon found out. School was a competition for Brenda. A place to sharpen her teeth and destroy any potential rivals… After graduation she took a position in her Mothers production company as an editor in the fashion department. It was a rocky start for Brenda in flux with her desire to run her own show. After a year of hard work she took her work out on the road and was very successful in promoting many lines of designer clothing. She returned to management school in New York but was pulled away frequently by interviews and events as she became an Icon for younger Female professionals. Her journey came full circle the day after her Twenty Fifth Birthday. She was on a cruise ship which had the misfortune of running over another vessel. The disaster took many lives. Her career was forged by her on camera tasks to help the injured and document the incident live on the news… Brenda quickly signed on with the Federation News Network as an investigative reporter. Her travels have taken her far. From interviewing Orion Syndicate members to full out invasions, she has become a wealthy and much respected member of the network. Recent events have brought her to star base 332 ‘Threshold’. The network believes this is a rapidly expanding market for them and their consumers. Brenda will be part of that future. |
