Personal History Tamera Olinski was born on Cestus III on December 13th, 2358. She was the Third child of the marriage and the only Female. Her parents were Missionaries who had been sent to the Planet as Teachers. Tammy, as she was called was a hyperactive child who needed constant attention until she reached the age of Nine years old. She suffered through years of medications and therapy until it was controlled. As a young Girl she seldom played with other children and was home schooled by her Mother and Father. She excelled in reading and writing. Her artwork was extremely good for a child. As she reached her mid teens she was interested in communications and languages. Her future was always open to her, and it was believed she would enter college as a Education Major much like her parents.

In the Spring of 2376 Tammy Graduated and enrolled in a local College. Being the first time in an open classroom setting excited her. She still lived with her parents while attending school and began working as a Teachers aid at a nearby primary School. Both her Brothers were excepted to Starfleet Academy and left that Summer. Her parents were reaching retirement age and had decided to keep their daughter at home as long as they could. Between her studies and working at the school her social life was non-existent. She had made many friends at the school, and was well regarded as a student of merit but didn’t feel the need to begin any serious relationships with those Men she did meet.

Tamara Graduated with a Two Year degree in Education in late 2378. She was accepted and was enrolled at the University to begin studies in Manipulative Behaviors and Abnormal Psychology. Tamara Continued part time work at the school and moved into Campus housing with a friend and classmate. She attended many University functions but remained focused on her education. After writing several papers on the effects of forced interrogation on prisoners and subjects in confinement her works were published and came to the notice of a select few in the intelligence field of study. Tamara’s theory’s of passive manipulation grabbed her much attention. But her skills in the field were not evident to her at the time.

It was mandatory for all full time enrolled student to take Starfleet Academy entrance exams during the beginning of their Third year. She scored in the top Two percent of her class. She was heavily recruited by Fleet Intelligence but refused to enter. Her parents were delighted as that fall Both her brothers had graduated, Alex was in Science and Thomas in Intelligence.

In July of 2382 Tamara Graduated with duel Majors and decided to take a break from her studies. She was hired full time as a primary teacher on Archa IV. It was a good paying position and she was ready to try travel off planet for the first time. The trip was horrible. And she vowed never to depart planetary gravity again. She enjoyed her job and was soon back on her feet in Capital City. Her classes were fun and full of young students. After a somewhat long hunt she found a small apartment and spent her off time decorating it and made short trips around the city getting familiar with her new home. Her parents had visited her a few times and she kept up communications with both her Brothers in the Fleet.

A promotion at work came in 2385, she began teaching advanced behavior seminars at the University on Archa IV. Her research into adaptive cultural control again brought the Fleet to her door. She again declined admission to the Academy. That summer Tamara received Three Federation Grants to study the psychological stress and effects of prolonged incarceration. The results of her research have been made classified.

Currently Tamara remains a full Faculty member and head of the universities department of Adapted Theory.
