Klune bone structure is crystalline and capable of absorbing heavy impacts, their muscles are dense and strength wise fall between Humans and Vulcans.

Kuramochi is for a Klune a base line person and even compared to Humans she doesn’t stand out much as most the Klune features are not obvious or take a sharp eye to notice. Coming from a clan of hunters the Klune bow and arrow is a signature item on her back as well as the silver and black outfit which is extremely detailed and yet purely functional without anything that could snag behind something or hinder movement. Her Federation uniform is like this outfit a bit more loose fitting and made from a different material seeing Klune get the majority of their oxygen through their skin and only really breath through their lungs when they are in exercise.

Personality & Traits

General Overview The personality of a Klune is often a reflection of their clans work. In the case of the Kuramochi this also shows in a very patient woman who can wait for seemingly endless periods and then suddenly jump to action. In everyday work she is calm and relaxed though sometimes fails to see urgency in matters and then she relies on her people to point these out.

Overall she is friendly and easily approachable, though if business needs to be taken care off she will not hesitate and will not cut corners.
Strengths & Weaknesses +Quick in general.
+Patient.
-Fails to see urgency in certain matters.
-Weak immune system to things alien to her body.
Ambitions Make her clan proud by her actions and perhaps together with the other Klune prove that they as a whole should join the Federation.
Hobbies & Interests She has taken a serious love for playing card since her time in Starfleet and in general strategy games interest her. She also found a love for human books mainly in the fantasy area. Otherwise than that she spend many hours keeping her skills sharp in the holodeck.
Languages The Klune script, Federation standard

Personal History The Klune have been around for some time, but mainly kept to themselves keeping minor contact with the Federation. Build up around at least 10.000 clans they have for a long time lacked any form of central government. However in recent decades they have worked on this by combining clans in certain areas in clan councils and representatives of those would again talk in the Klune council a large building recently completed. The Klune council is about 50 man strong and is led by an spiritual guide who is not part of the council itself. Though it is not a perfect system by far it is working and now allows for others to have a centralized point to contact.

Their planet Erion is covered in lush forest and large open planes and despite being an M class planet there is only about 30% surface water nearly all of which is fresh. The exact population is not know without anyone actually carrying about it, though estimates puts it between 700 and 900million. The planet itself can support about 7 times that easily, but the Klune only reproduce at a slow rate.

Though the origins are unknown the Klune have a generally accepted currency which they use for trade. It is made up out of small coins the largest just 1cm in diameter. They are made out of a unknown metal which has otherwise no purpose or use, but it was scarce enough to make it work as a currency. The secret to making the coins is known to just a few clans who make them only at a rate high enough to allow them to trade them for all that they need.

The Klune clans in general are focused on certain tasks, like Kuramochi’s clan is focused on the hunt and in war time being scouts. A clan will trade what excess they have and then buy whatever else they need. Most of the economy happens with a mix of direct trade and currency. Though clan wars happened as recently as 100 years ago, this day of age most clans are focused on the new frontier of space united below a single banner Clans buy ships which they use to trade mainly, few truly leave their solar system.

Kuramochi grew up in a hunters clan small and always moving around they were trained to be agile in the woods and deadly accurate with the bow and arrow, though not some wooden, but instead high tech bows using force fields to add extra power, but keep the pull light. Arrows could be a plain arrow made of sort of carbon fiber to arrows which release a shock charge once their pierce their target. Hunting meant walking or running for long periods at the time to stalk prey and sometimes just sit still for hours waiting and then strike silently and accurately. When they were not hunting other skills where trained or honed as the Klune script is one of the most complex known to the universe and takes years to master.

As things went on Kuramochi was once approached by her clan leader, a befriended clan needed scouts on their ship and Kuramochi’s clan leader was looking for volunteers. Kuramochi took the offer and not much later she was onboard this space craft which was heading to a Federation outpost to unload a cargo of rare materials the Klune mined, but used little off. Once at the outpost Kuramochi was stunned, the ship she just had been on resembled home in color and lots of living things onboard, but this outpost was just empty plain steel it was function above all else. Seeing the ship would remain at the outpost for some time she spend much of her time learning about this Federation. In the trip that followed over time she learned more and more and in the end like quite a few before her she wanted to see more.

For some time Starfleet had opened recruitment for Klune making use of the fact that for a Klune to serve anyone that service had to be unbreakable outside of death. This meant that a Klune was a loyal service men and also quick learners and people who brought different knowledge and ideas to the Starfleet. At first she took 2 years of lessons in Federation history, but also in basic school things like math and physics, chemistry, just all the things one would normally learn at school. Once she passed this she took her entry exam which she also passed and was granted admittance to Starfleet academy.

Her academy years where a bit strange to her, humans where so freely and open in their relationships and that was something she never had been thinking about. It didn’t help that to human standard she was apparently attractive. However as time went on she got used to things more learned more about it and just enjoyed her time best she could while learning all that she had to learn. She graduated in the upper echelons of her class and now was waiting for her first assignment.

Her assignment came shortly after when she was called to HQ strangely enough where she met a commander in a gray uniform. Her patience and ability to adsorb information and order it had attracted the eyes of starfleet intelligence. She was to get an additional yar of training before getting her assignment. She simple nodded and headed out to the shuttle waiting to take her to where ever she would be trained. It was a year of training on about anything she could need from sorting out information to field tactics and what not.

Once done with this she received her assignment to Starbase 332.
