Personality & Traits

General Overview		Committed to the ideals of justice, Kehdeza is effective as a JAG Council, in effect, a lawyer. She does not measure herself by cases "won", but rather, she looks to if justice was served or not. However, buried within is that she was traumatized by the Dominion War and is so committed to her JAG duties because she cannot really serve in any other capacity.
Strengths & Weaknesses		+ Tenacious and committed legal representative - she will defend anyone she is assigned to and see justice done for them + Friendly and inquisitive - Kehdeza values her friends and new experiences around her - Cannot serve long term on a shipboard posting - suffers from PTSD and while she's managed it to do shorter journeys, she cannot do even short tours on ships or else she will become anxious and eventually slide into depression - Won't compromise when it comes to doing justice - this can make it harder to convince her to "sweep things under the rug" when it could be damaging
Ambitions		Kehdeza is content where she is right now. If she moves up further in JAG, that would suit her just fine, but if not, she can always retire with her wife.
Hobbies & Interests		In her off duty hours, Kehdeza loves to cook with actual food. She doesn't mind replicating ingredients, but she would rather prepare it herself. She also prefers quieter intellectual activities - such as chess or meditation. This is not to say she won't go enjoy herself with friends, but she can sometimes be the first to leave a party.

Personal History		Born on Earth in 2354, her father a Starfleet officer and her mother a Trill diplomatic attache, she was the middle of three children. Growing up between Trill and Earth was a good experience for her, but after her older sister was rejected by the Trill Symbiosis Commission, Kehdeza gave up any hopes of becoming Joined like her mother. Instead, she put in for Starfleet Academy. However, as she had yet to declare a major when the Dominion War kicked off, she was put into Security and graduated in 2375. This was something she wished hadn't happened. Her ship was deployed at the Second Battle of Chin'toka and was later destroyed due to being disabled by the Breen energy dissapator. This scarred her for life - Kehdeza was not prepared for it and struggled with survivor's guilt to the point she resigned her commission and had to undergo therapy on Vulcan. Here, two things would happen - she would meet her future wife, a therapist by the name of T'Rel, and with the realization she could never serve aboard a ship again, Kehdeza asked to attend law school and be reinstated upon graduation as a JAG counsel. Starfleet JAG accepted and she would resume her Starfleet career with JAG.
