Posted on Sun Mar 21st, 2010 @ 12:38pm by Lieutenant Commander Melissa Daniels M.D.

Mission: Commissioned
Location: Cardassia Prime, Federation Embassy
Timeline: Current

[Cardassia Prime, Federation Embassy]

t was similar to assassination, but it was social assassination. The liquid in the vials was expensive, but it was needed. Mostly, it was paid for by that case of latinum that one of her targets owned. The liquid was two parts of a powerful pheromone enhancer. The Orions called it 'Venus Perfume' It carried the namesake of Venus Drugs combined with the ability to subtly coax anyone into bed. It was subtle with absolutely no scent, and it was expensive just for two vials. Now it served another purpose. It worked in two parts, each activated by each other, and targeting only the two people that the pheromone has been exposed to.

'Hmph, I'd rather string this man up and leave him with a 'goodbye cruel world' note.' She said to herself mentally as she made her way through the Embassy. She took a look toward the Ambassador's quarters as she straightened her disguise as a waitress for the reception the Ambassador was going to hold. However, after tonight, the Ambassador may just as well consider suicide.

She walked out into the Ballroom, and began to locate her targets. One was Glinn Lera Voren of the Cardassian Central Command. And the other happened to be Ambassador Micheal. She made her way toward the Ambassador first. He approached Kris and picked up one of the drinks she was serving from her platter. What he did not know, was the contents of the vial being sprayed upon him when he turned around. She then made her way toward Voren. Upon first glance, Voren spoke. "Do you have any Kanar?" Kris responded. "Yes, of course." She handed the Cardassian a glass.

"Good, go away." She stated. Kris turned and walked around her. As she walked past the Cardassian, she sprayed the contents of the final vial on her.

Now Kris had to be patient. She had set the stage for the performance, but it was still the first act. She now had to get into position to catch the Ambassador and his mistress off guard.

A Starfleet Security Officer entered the Ambassadorial security room. The Officer watching the security consoles. He did not even urn around to acknowledge her, and seemed to be busy playing videogames on his console. Obviously, he thought this post to be boring. This caused somewhat of sense of amusement and disgust for Kris. Amusement because she could sneak into the Ambassador's private security office without any incident with the guise of a Starfleet Security Officer, but disgust over the fact that the Federation was so lax in its security.

If the Obsidian Order wanted to, they could easily infiltrate the Embassy. Not that they'd gain anything of value. The Federation was methodical about keeping its secrets. Kris brought up the video feed of the inside of the Ambassador's Bedroom. Now the stage was set for the final act. It would be about an hour before activity began to be noticed on the video feed. As expected, it was the Ambassador and and his mistress that she had arranged just for him. No doubt the pheromones had done their jobs. She pressed several buttons to record the following act.

One thing was for sure, the Ambassador was in for quite the reception when he arrived home on Earth.

[Bajor, Capitol, Park]

The Federation News Service reporter continued to speak. "... In other news. Former Ambassador John Micheal was dismissed today due to the recent Micheal Scandal. The Diplomatic Corps released today information of an..."

Kris smirked a bit as she began to compose her report.

"Begin Report." She stated

"As ordered, I have succeeded in my mission to discredit Ambassador Micheal. Agent used resources on hand to stage an illicit affair between a member of the Cardassian Central Command and Ambassador Micheal. Agent also sent the video feed to the Federation News Service. The Diplomatic Corps was forced to bow to pressure from Starfleet to dismiss Ambassador Micheal. An investigation is underway into who leaked the video to the Federation News Service, but the source of the footage will be inconclusive, as it was not sent in the Embassy's computer network." Kris noted

"Agent's cover is intact and is ready for the next assignment." Kris noted in conclusion.
