Vacation (prt 3) Tour of the Site

Location: Archa IV :: Archeological Site

Professer Hiedleberg, Benjiman and Samanthia rode in the site's all-terriegn vehicle with the Professer driving, pointing out the various activities along with abit history gleaned from the exposed buildings and artifacts founds as they made their way to the most promising find for the site. The cliff building that was exposed due to a landslide that was caused by excavation at the base of the cliff.

The ride was exhilerating as they bounced over the ruts in the trail like road to the newest discovery. It seamed that the entire dig force was at the new site removing dirt and rocks to gain access to the newly uncovered find.

After Professer Hiedleberg gunned the ATV like vehicle up and over a ridge of debri where other vehicles had passed over at. The site unfolded in full granduer. Carved from granite was a towering building front complete with balconies and open window to the dark interior. While at the base, crew worked with shovels and rakes to remove the dirt and heavy machinery, under careful guidence of personel, removed the larger chunks of hard packed earth and boulders into waiting cargo haulers to be dumped else where. Some of the debri was loaded onto other trucks for study as they held the imprints of the building.

Samanthia smiled with excitement along with Ben and the Professer. She waited till the vehicle came to a stop near other assorted unatteneded vehicles that hauled the work crews to the new site along with various supervisors and professers.

"This was discovered after we heard the rumble of the landslide that covered up some of our work on previously discovered buildings." Professer smiled as he turned off the vehicle, pocketing the keys and getting out.

Samanthia and Ben followed suit and joined up with the professer who led them along the edge of the work area to where others were standing around talking about how they will proceed on this.
