Samanthia retired to her room after getting bored with the shoot'em up, idiots who careened through the streets during rush hour, while miraculously avoiding shooting innocent by-standers, nor slamming into other drivers that occupied the streets at the moment in time that those driving recklessly and shooting at each other with a devil may care attitude where the bullets went.

Once safely ensconced in her room and propped up in her bed, Samanthia looked at the slip of parchment. She looked at the hieroglyphics to see if she could find similar ones that she remembered from previous courses elsewhere when the Professors used them as display.

She reached over and pulled one of her old school pads from a previous courses on ancient languages that used hieroglyphics as a form of written communication and running a cross reference searches to find similar to decrypt it. So far there was one major one from Sol-3 that even came close to Iconian hieroglyphics. Ancient Egyptians.

Samanthia looked out her window up at the nighttime sky, seeing the more brighter stars twinkling in the sky. Could the Earth's Egyptians be descendants of the Iconians? Maybe that was the key to deciphering the language. But in a more technical manner. Give the Hieroglyphics a more modern twist than the religious, agriculture slant as they did with the Egyptians Hiero.

Oh this would bust up the Science Community across the galaxy. She couldn't help smile at the thought that would immortalize her in the Archeology Field. With renewed zest, she dove into her side project...
