Warp-12 :: Renovations [prt-2] Plans & Permits

Location: SB-332 :: Various Locations
Timeline: MD-3 1200hrs - 1500 hrs

Promenade :: Warp-12

Samanthia sat at a table which was fast coming known as her table with layouts of the lounge and floor plans and various layout and schemetics of the electrical power through out the place. She sipped on her drink as she looked the layouts over and all the equipment that was being added. The power consumtion was going to be pretty high. She hoped it would be worth it.

Another of the Akiashiro Clan showed up. He was a wirey man of 30 years old, standing about 5 feet one inch. He wore standard tech outfit. Instead of Starfleet, he wore the Akiashiro emblem on his left breast pocket. He stopped his golf style cart of equipment and electrical cables just outside the door to the soon to be Warp-12 Lounge, Club, Restruant and Dance hall.

Samanthia seen him pull up and scampered over to meet him, "Akiashiro Nyubi!" getting a grin from him as they gave each other a friendly hug. "Come! Come! I've got everything laid out to look over for you what I want done." Leading him by the bar to get him a drink and then over to the table to let him look over the plans and ideas she had for the place.

"Have this been cleared through the station?" Nyubi spoke as he thumbed through the various blueprints and layouts she had laberiously drew up.

"I will get in touch with Aikiko to work out the permits." Samanthia spoke confidentualy as she stood there next to Nyubi, sipping on her drink.

"I can't start till I get the permits to renovate the place. But this is doable. This will give me time to gather the equipment." Nyubi spoke as he looked up at her. He pulled out a PaDD from a pocket and looked back at the blueprints and began making a list of things he'll need for the renovations. "But this ought to be interesting to say the least."

Samanthia helped him go through the blueprints as his list grew to all the stuff he needed. Rolling up the blueprints as soon as he got finished with them.

Samanthia and Nyubi quietly confur over the plans as they walk around the place, discussing the set up of the equipment and what was needed to move to a different spot. It was going to cut down on customer's capacity in the place.

~~Hopefully the renovations will add to the prestige of the place. I could deal with having the clientele reservational type. Less likely to cause trouble. But the bar part will be available to the general public~~ Samanthia thought as she listened to Nyubi discuss the technical aspects of what she wanted. Not to mention having a back up incase the main power fails or rerouted eslewhere in defence of the station. "Put in a back up generator for when that happens. During a full station Red Alert, I plan on converting this into a makeshift Field Hospital. So to handle the over flow from the Starbase Infirmary."

"That would take carefull planning and coordination with the Medical Staff here on the Starbase. But I like the way you think. Just reprogram the equipment and Viola, instant hospital in an alternate location." Nyubi spoke thoughtful.

"At least a triage center and holding place. For the more serious wounded, a place to stabilize and then be sent to the hospital surgical suites down in the lower levels." Samanthia smiles as she speaks softly, looking at Nyubi.

"Most wise." Nyubi looks at Samanthia as they head back to the main part of the Club. "I'll get the sign made and put up sometime today, while you go talk with Aikiko about the permits from the Starbase Operations.

Promenade ::Warp-12 =/= Akiashiro Business & Merchant Shipping offices

Samanthia left the club and headed on down to Aikishiro's Business office. She entered and looked around, finding Aikiko's office and moved gracefully there, coming up to her secretary. "I'm here to see Aikiko please."

Secretary looks up at Samanthia, smiles, "She is in confrence with Mr. Aikishiro at this time. They are expecting you to be there." Points the way, "I was just about to call you."

"My timing is awesome." Samanthia spoke as they both laughed.

Samanthia entered the Conference room of the suite of offices, seeing the Clan Department leaders there and few other key employees. She nods to all as she moves to the vacant seat and settles down with everyone looking her over.

"How's your new club coming along?" Raphiel asks looking at her once she was settled at her spot.

"I'm doing a renovation to upgrade the Club and will be needing permits to start on the project. I've coordinated with Nyubi for his assistance in renevating the place." Samanthia looks at Aikiko, "I need the forms or what ever is needed to get the permits. And the people I must see. It would be appreciated if your team could make arrangements in appointmentsfor me to meet." Looks at Raphiel, "I had to let go a few employees and will be hiring new ones and they ..I presume... will need to be vetted by Erik?"

"Yep. From sounds of things you have things completely under control with your new club." Raphiel spoke as Aikiko took notes on getting what Samanthia needed for her project. "Is there anyway I can get a preview on what you plan for the club?"

"Nope and Nyubi is sworn to secrecy also." Samanthia spoke confidently to Raphiel. Seeing his eyes widen at the refusal of being included in the plans.

"I can easily reassign you someplace else?" Raphiel threatened softly, watching her like a hawk.

"Yes you could... who would you get to run the club?" Samanthia spoke softly back to him, not caving in. "Everyone else has their jobs to do. And Eric needs Frederick to assist him in other matters, besides cooking which is Fredericks passion not vocation."

Raphiel looks thoughtful as he glances around at the other's pretending to be busy with other things. "You do have a point. Keep me advised on your progress." As he turns to other business. Samanthia and Aikiko quietly talk about getting the permits, listening to the other's speak their business.

Aikiko brings up the station personel that that power in their respective departments. "Lieutenant Junior Grade Joshua Hart is the senior Operations Officer for this station and then coordinate with Chief of station Engineering is Allein Mara. A Lieutenant." Looking at Samanthia.

"Nyubi should be able to liaise with Lieutenant Mara." Samanthia looks at Aikiko. "Need them permits and cooradinate with Engineering for tempory power outages so Nyubi can hardwire the Emmitters into the powergrid." Samanthia spoke softly.

Aikiko nods. "Let me make the calls and set up appointments." Highlighting the names and numbers. Samanthia and Aikiko stand and give Raphiel a polite bow and leaves the meeting earlier than the rest. Heading out to Aikiko's office.
