Warp-12 :: Renovations [prt-5] Finished & Grand Opening

Mission: Welcome to Archa IV
Location: Deck 587-6 :: Warp-12
Timeline: MD-5 :: 0400 hrs --- 1200 hrs

After a long night in the club, Samanthia moved through the Club along with Nyubi checking the various installed equipment to make sure everything was working properly. There was going to be safety issues to be dealt with and she wanted to nip that in the bud.

Deck 586 :: Upper level of Warp-12

She looked over the upstairs portion of the Warp-12 Lounge and Resturuant. It was the perfect scene of a mountain lodge dining area along with a ballroom dance floor of dark grained wood from the Yewoan Tree from one of the Mousian Homeworlds. The tables were made from a lighter grained Pinyoil tree. Another hard wood from the Mousian Homeworld. On the surrounding walls were plaques and pictures of various famous people of all species that made the Federation what it is today, highlighted by spotlights angled up the wall.

Along the wall and throughout the room was potted bushy plants with broad leaves that provided privacy and sound mufflers between tables to prevent eves dropping on conversations between patrons at different tables. Soft popular symphany music graced the air to relax patrons while they ate and converse with each other. On the tables was a little low level lantern type of oil lamps of the 17th century.

Smanthia smiled at the holographic display and the precision which it was laid out. She could change it from a control panel at her leisure. She moved towards the dance floor and looked at highly polished granite floors that also made up the walls to the Mountian Lodge. It had several enterances to the Ballroom, from the Lounge and from Dining area.

She moved into the Lounge which everyone entered into from the Promenade Deck 586. She looked over the plush dark forest green shag carpet and large comfortable chairs placed stratigicaly about the room with side tables for drinks and snacks. And along one wall was a huge highly polished granite fireplace.

Nyubi was impressed as he followed her on a tour of the place. Cutting through the Dining area, coming to the second lounge area with an unobstructed view of space... Samanthia smiled dreamily at the view. "You did wonders for this place, my dear." He whispered in awe.

Samanthia smiled warmily and hitting the clearly marked stairs down to the lower level...

Deck 587 :: Lower Section of Warp-12

This was where the more rowdy youthful patrons would spend majority of their time. The bar and dance floor of the more rowdier section and more louder music geared at the younger generation. Fast handheld foods and drinks. But you could order a full meal like you could upstairs that required eating utinsels to eat with. But highly discouraged as this was the area that was going to see the most fights. The tables lined a wide rectangled area of cleared space that was the dance floor. Bars dotted along the walls to serve the patrons and easier place for the waitresses get to easier. One side of the rectangle was the stage for bands to preform whether they was local group for a get together or Karoake at it's finest. Or an imported band from some other place to preform.

Samanthia smiled and looked at her watch, nodding to several waitresses and the place was ready for business. The Grand Opening. She had a famous band from Sol-3 (Earth) Van Halen IV-G (the fourth group to carry the name)

~~Oh yeah... this is gonna bring life to this place!~~ Samanthia thought as she overwatched everything, moving from place to place, making sure things ran smoothly.

Grand Opening Time
1200 hrs

Samanthia dressed up nicely for the Grand Opening of Warp -12 and met each patrons that came through the main enterance on deck 587 and directing them to the proper level to their choice of entertainment. She could hear Van Halen 4th jamming already at their leisurely pace as they had a long gig to play. There was several other popular bands palying between the main attractions.

She was pleased at the turnout of place as poeople of all ages showed up to enjoy the festivities.
