Samanthia stepped off the turbo lift onto the Akiashiro deck with her bloody cloths in a satchel along with the claws. She moved through the central area towards the corridors that housed those that lived on the level and the employees of the Akiashiro Consortium. Just as she reached the first corridor, Raphiel stepped out from concealment to block her passage.

"Are you okay, Miss Samanthia?" He was getting the social politeness out of the way. He looked at her attire, knowing full well what had happened from the Security report he had gotten earlier of what happened in The Dive.

"I'm fine. Just need to take care of a few things." Samanthia looked back at the Elder. "Please excuse me. I need to change."

He nodded and shifted to the side and walked at her side deeper into the residential section to her apartment. "So he finally shown his true side. You having second thoughts on keeping him as your mate?" As he studied her, he was enjoying the view of her in the skimpy outfit.

Samanthia sighed softly, as she thought about what she had witnessed. And the final task she had him do. He did it, but distaste was shown as he complied. "I am not sure what I want and scared of the power he shown. And according to his customs he is required to fulfill every order I give him." She looked at Elder Raphiel.

"You can always send him packing if you're that afraid of him. And you'll have the might the Akiashiro backing you up." Raphiel spoke as they entered her apartment.

Samanthia looked around the main room, seeing his stuff, his gifts, books and scrolls on the packing crate shelves. "I'm not giving up on him yet." She motioned him to a seat as she settled upon her favorite cushioned seat, letting the satchel along with it's grizzly contents fall to the floor beside her.

"The power is quite addictive," He gave her a knowing smile. "Remember this, child. Remember the other end of the tiger has teeth when you grab it by the tail." Getting a nod from her. "Power is a good thing on how it is used and also be a bad thing as the old adage goes, "power corrupts...."

Samanthia joined him in finishing the adage with him. Then giving him childlike shy smile. "I still have strong feeling for him. He's found his niche here. His family did send way more Caitian goods than I ordered an paid for. Which would mean that I would be indebt to them till it was paid off."

"Money is no problem," He waved his hand in the air as if it was no concern which he easily could cover. "Let me know if you want to break off the relationship with him. As for his stuff, we'll store it till he can find a new place to settle at. No Charge."

"What if there are others, like the one that showed up recently and decide to use me as bait again? He would have no moral obligation to come to my aide, other than Fleet responsibilities." She stood up and paced for a bit. Moving into the small kitchen, seeing more of Caitian designed equipment and utensils.

She hugged herself as she spun and faced Her Elder of the Family she was part of. "I will be in your Debt if you can put a lid on this. They'll only have what He says. The Dive weathered thick and thin and is a conduit for the family to Liaise with the Criminal Element on q-in-t. And also it showing a serious profit. Plus it keeps the rougher element off the upper decks so that Fleet looks good with their Brass without them sweeping through the station. They know that 80% of the labor workforce of this station is still civilians and not to mention 68% of the Specialists are Civilian Contractors working for Fleet."

"Dammit Woman!" Raphiel roared as he got to his feet, "I know them stats! But every time something happens in My section of the station. Weaken my position with Fleet! I want to know what you are going to do with him?" Pointing at S'er'in'e's picture. "It's bad enough with him being in Fleet Marines and living here on this deck. What are you trying to do? Undermine my position here on the station? It's bad enough that we gave up the Promenade to Fleet Security."

Samanthia glared back at him with undesirable thoughts as she fought down her anger and biting her tongue, lest she says something she'll regret. "Excuse me. I have to change. In the meantime fix yourself a drink," waving a hand towards the liquor cabinet.

She moved from the main room into the master bedroom, letting the door close behind her as she nearly tore the clothing from herself. She went through her stuff, digging out a change of underwear and a fresh feminine business attire. She moved into the bathroom, removing the rest of her clothes to freshen up.

Raphiel nodded at the wisdom of Samanthia taking a break as both tempers were going to get the better of themselves. He wondered if she would sic S'er'in'e after him and that the result wouldn't be pretty for anyone. Giving Fleet that much more leverage on the Akiashiros. It was bad enough they came through an invasion barely intact. He helped himself to a strong yet calming drink to take the edge off his anger.

He looked at the pictures that were on display. He could see the delight and warmth the two had for each other. He turned when he heard her bedroom door open seeing Samanthia wearing a pleated dark blue skirt with a white blouse with feminine bowtie and blue business jacket with a severe cut to it. Her hair was neatly groom and pulled back into a ponytail. Around her throat, a stylish scarf to hide the claw wounds of Cr'erl.

"I'm going keep him as my mate. For better or worse! Even if it means I must move off this deck to the upper ones, Elder Raphiel. I'm sorry for the awkwardness this situation has placed us in. I-I am sorry. I had to see how true S'er'in'e was to his commitment towards his beliefs and his wiliness to stand at my side to protect me. I could've had Akiashiro Forces stun them both and carted them off to the station's brig and let them handle it." She moved gracefuilly to the cabinet and fixed herself a drink to fortify herself. "I must go to the Infirmary why they are holding S'er'in'e longer than necessary."

Raphiel pointed to console screen where he had opened a message from S'er'in'e stating he was detained by Security. "I think the cats out of the bag, Samanthia." Watching her turn her attention to the screen and the message. Her eyes widen as she she scanned the message.

"Damn! I should've told him to get treated at our ondeck aid station instead of going to the Main Infirmary!" Samanthia didn't know whether to go to his side and show support or stay here in her apartment and let him defend himself the best he could. Knowing that patrons and staff would follow Zeb's lead in backing her up and S'er'in'e now that he was her mate, giving some off the wall explanations that it was all self defense and that Cr'erl gave no choice to S'er'in'e but to kill him. And Akiashiro Security arrived a bit to late to prevent it.

Raphiel watched her as the play of emotion danced crossed her face. He took another sip of his drink. She paced a bit and sipped her drink as her mind raced through all possible outcomes and what he would say. He was in a tight spot and her also, which led to the Akiashiro Standings with Fleet.

She gave a soft chuckle as a remembered memory registered. "I will go see S'er'in'e and be at his side. You know how addled a person gets when in a fight. I don't remember anyone confirming the Death of Cr'erl. And he did disappear as everyone was celebrating S'er'in'e's victory." Giving Raphiel a wide smile, knowing half the unsavory characters that patronized the Dive would be happy kill Cr'erl and/or make him disappear for good without a trace just to get in her good graces. "No body, no death. None of us confirmed that this Caitian was dead by my mates hand..in this case paws."

Raphiel just shook his head and finished his drink, "I knew you were trouble the minute I laid eyes on you." As he sat the empty glass on the table next to her unfinished drink and following her out of the apartment. He gave her a quick hug. "Go get'em tigeress. Bring your mate home." He walked off. He could believe what she said as there was very little mentioned about Cr'erl in the Akiashiro Security report.
