The Doctor - USS Carthage [Backpost]

Location: Chief Medical Officer's Office

Liarra takes a moment to watch the activity going on around the main infirmary. Most of the doctors and nurses were occupied with various minor illnesses and injuries. Other than the crew in quarantine with the pollen infection, it was a pretty light day for the medical staff. That was just fine for Commander Von. She intended to steal the CMO for her mission.

Melissa entered the main sickbay, "Hello Commander, What can I do for you today? Another bout of Trill Allergies?" She guessed with a grin. "If that's the case, I can offer quite a bit of things to take the edge off the next bowl of Racht"

"No thank you, Doctor. That did help a lot last time though. I was actually hoping to recruit you for our training exercises. Hopefully the Carthage won't be seeing any real combat, but I would feel a little better having a real doctor aboard just the same."

Melissa smirked. "Really Commander, I have quite a bit going on here than to heal bruised egos. Not to mention, two dozen crewmembers who can't keep their hands off each other, and I wish my love life was that easy." The Doctor noted.

"I understand why you want to stay, but the station has extensive medical staff. I'm sure someone here can take care of those crewmembers, though I could certainly understand why you would want to stay," Liarra added with a smirk as she looked towards the door to the quarantine ward. "The Carthage has virtually no medical staff, and if we do run into trouble on this mission, I would feel much better knowing that you were in sickbay."
