Mission: Insecurities
Location: Cargo Bay

“No.” Sivity spoke emphatically. “That crate has not been searched. Do NOT beam it. Not unless you really want to argue with me and my phaser.” She fixed the transporter officer with a steely stare.

He raised his hands away from the console and stepped back. The Andorian was clearly mad and he’d no desire to get shot. All other activity ceased as the occupants of the Cargo Bay turned their attention to the evidently dangerous Andorian.

“Danvers, Kelling. You two search this.” She pointed at two of the Security Detail.

She then strolled over to the crate to see what it would yield. The bay had now grown ominously quiet and her heels clicked loudly as she walked.

Samanthia looked back over her shoulder to satisfy her curiosity at the sudden silence, then hearing the loud clicks of high heeled boots and saw Sivity head over to the crate that was supposed been transported to her lounge. She spun on her heals and walked gracefully over to Sivity. "That crate is none of your concern, Ensign." She spoke coldly as if the previous time spent together hadn't existed. Her voice breaking the silence and carried in the now quiet Cargo Bay.

The Two assigned Security Detail looked between the two of them. Both knowing that Samanthia was part of a powerful Merchant Consortium and could cause unknown hardships for them in the future. They paused to see the outcome of the encounter. Ensign Dar-Barriun the Rebel was in charge of the detail.

"It's been cleared to be released," Samanthia spoke softly, looking coldly at Sivity. "Probably even before you were given this detail of being Customs Inspectors." She held out the PADD that contained the information on the crate. The Clearance time from the Customs inspections, the Manifest of the contents of the crate. (minus the contraband that was riding piggyback within the crate). "Or should I call your boss and report you holding everyone up at the threat of death by pointing that phaser at everyone?" She reached out and knocked the phaser from Sivity's hand to go clattering across the Cargo Bay deck.

Sivity stopped. She looked somewhat bemused at the phaser sitting metres away on the floor. She then looked at Samanthia.

"How clumsy of me. I appear to have dropped that weapon. No matter. You say that the inventory and specifications are all listed here on this PADD?" She snatched the device from Samanthia and immediately dropped it on the floor.

"Oh dear, just not my day is it?" She said sarcastically before driving her spike heel into the device. It crunched satisfyingly and she then kicked it away.

"Search it." She barked more forcefully. Her eyes grew steel cold and bore into Sammy's own. Sivity could surprise her growing smile. She really hoped that Samanthia would fight. She was ready to fight.

Everyone was too busy watching the both of them to heed the order from Sivity as the two ladies faced off.

"Definitely not your day, stupid, Skama Veh'nakt! You may have just lost your job here," Samanthia snarled. "Now let that cargo go through now as it had already been inspected and cleared."

"Oh, what a potty mouth." Sivity smiled. The smile was entirely feral. Indeed a crocodile would have appeared move welcoming. "I didn't clear it. I haven't searched it. It is therefore going nowhere, you morose, self pitying, unimportant bitch." She emphasized the I to indicate who was in charge. Samanthia's threat meant nothing to her. She was angry and that precluded most rational thought. She was operating on instincts. Unfortunately for her, that rarely proved the best policy in the long term.

"We'll see about this," Samanthia, speaking a bit louder, "Computer, connect with Security Officer Ensign Dar-Barriun's Superior." Not waiting for response back, knowing the call will go through, "Ensign Dar-Barriun is being a severe threat to station personnel by waving a phaser and threatening to kill them. Forcing an Illegal Search of already cleared merchandise. Being out of uniform and not conforming Star fleet regulation. She looks like a terrorist failing badly at impersonating a Fleet Officer
I'd like to make and File a Citizens Arrest on her for being an endangerment to her co-workers, and civilians who work on this station!"

"Computer: belay that last and end feed." Sivity countered smugly. "Oh such a pity - no mandate for a citizen's arrest." Sivity mocked with a pout. Whereas I - well, as it happens: I'm Security and YOU, Samanthia Akiashiro, are under arrest for obstructing an officer in the execution of her duty. Hands out, Nashka. I'd stun you, but sadly the phaser that you assert I was waving around is not in my possession." Sivity throw another cutting insult back at Samanthia. The woman took up the entirety of her focus. The gaping expressions of those around her were unimportant. She knew that a fight was imminent and was deliberately dragging things out to savour the moment.

"What ya gonna do next? Kill all the witnesses? Even your own Security crew," Samanthia sneered at Sivity, "Oh by the way. You don't have authorization to cut or kill any complaints against any Fleet Personnel to include Security. So you can't hide behind your stupid tin star, wanna-be" Using the tone as if speaking to a really stupid child.

"Words - words - words." Sivity scorned her disparagingly. "You still haven't presented your hands for arrest. You have 3 seconds to comply or I shall correctly deem it 'resisting arrest" She elaborated calmly. She ignored the childlike attempts to distract her from her focus. Still no one else moved. The two beautiful women commanded all attention and the tension within the bay was palpable. No one wanted to be the one to break it and thus precipitate a war.

"Why should I? It's you doing all stormtrooper crap, where I'm trying to get my cargo that has been already cleared through customs." Samanthia turned away and began to walk off towards the exit of the Cargo bay to file her complaint.

Sivity could not believe her good fortune. She made it as plain as she could that she was ready to fight, but Samanthia had turned her back on her! Sivity simply reached out, grabbed her shoulders and pulled back to slam her backwards to the floor.

Samanthia feeling the grab onto her shoulders and being pulled backward off balances. She went with the flow and rolling to lessen the impact, using the momentum to do a backwards somersault and kick out with her feet into Sivity's shins, kicking Sivity's feet out from under her.

The move caught Sivity by surprise. She'd totally underestimated Samanthia. The kick took her feet from under her and she fell. Fortunately she fell forwards; so she attempted to slam a knife hand strike into the small of Samanthia's back. Her other hand was used to break her fall. Already though, her mind raced, planning subsequent attacks based upon the success or failure of that strike.

PAIN! Samanthia froze as the kidney strike was successful as she was rolling to the side to avoid being landed on by Sivity. Three Security Officers quickly stepped in. One cuffing Samanthia as she writhed in pain, fight gone out off her for the moment then Both Security officers dragging her off away from Sivity. Other stood between Sivity preventing her from going after Samanthia.

Once fight was over, Security open the crate and found some real good contraband. Romulan Ales and various drinks that were considered highly frowned on to have on a Starbase or Federation Ship of the line.

Already the attack on a civilian by a fleeter was being spread across the station. Both through Civilian Channels, and Fleet channels.

Sivity was unconcerned about the rumour mill. She was far more concerned about ripping chunks out of Samanthia. How could the fight be over so quickly? She had barely got started. Thus it was fortunate indeed that the burly, bearded Security man was the one to hold her back. He still took an elbow to the jaw for his troubles. Sivity only settled down once the contraband was found. Her good mood was short lived though. The ensuing documentation would keep her occupied for hours. It was designed to be far more fluid and ergonomic and indeed it was was - for the vast majority of staff, but definitely not for Sivity. She looked around and noted the cameras in place. She could link her report into their feed. She hoped that would save some time.

She was about to depart the hanger that normal order could return when she espied the ship's captain; the one that had initial been seeking to liberate the cargo. She ordered his arrest as well.

Samanthia still hurt from the kidney punch that took her out of action so quick. She may be in good shape, but the soft living and a strong powerful status amongst the station's lowlifes, had caused her to lose the fighting edge in tolerance to pain. Sitting in the brig after the medical check up. She sent word to Elder Akiashiro and letting him get the necessary documentations, video clips, witnesses all lined up.
