Through out the Starbase 332, advertisements began to appear posted at random places where there was a lot of refugees liked to hang out. They was written in the various languages of those that had been displaced by the Sorjourners campain into the sector.

Yes it was too good to be true and it was true. Otik Fergioson had it made as he knew that none were going to be in a position to really complain once they reached the end of their journey. He could already count on his cut of the latium, once the first shipment of Refugees left the Starbase. And the best part was all legal. All he needed was ships with crews that could keep their mouths shut till regular OCS ships could be brought into play to transport these desperate displaced peoples to their new working places and destinations.

Otik smiled at his henchmen as he heard that people were already lining up out in the corridor to apply for the offered jobs away from the Starbase to start fresh in their new employment. Of course they whont need money to pay for their transport right off the bat. That would be collected by their new employers deducted from their wages. The perfect scheme of getting much needed laborers and entertainers out where they would be much appreciated.

He was on the radio and putting out long distance subspace calls to higher ups in the OCS to alert them he needed ships for the new batch of workers that needed transport to where the OCS would get a profit off of their indentured services to the highest bidders. He definitely give a toast to the Sorjourners in their mad campain to take over the sector.

Once the ships began arriving to transport these refugees that signed the contracts and passed the Selection Board, Otik could retire in a few years from the comission he would recieve and move to a nice beach front house on Risa.
