Mission:
Brave New World
Location: Starbase 332 Lower Observation Deck
Timeline: After 'Returns'
After The Dive, Leaving S'er'in'e to do what he wanted, Samanthia changed into a mini skirt with a form fitting, spaghetti strapped tanktop that showed lots of cleavage. She put on a short wrap to be decent and left the their apartment in Deck 1403 and made her way to the Central section where the 4 main turbolifs were. She nodded to the onduty Security as she moved to the turbolifts with her clutch purse. Once in the turbolift, she removed the slippers and put on the 3 inch stiletto sandals.
She rode the turbolift down to the bottom most level where a very little know observation lounge was at. She even didn't know it existed till now. She checked her clutch for the type 1 phaser, as she slipped in the slippers into the clutch purse and put the type 1 phaser on top. All she had to do now just press the sides of the clutch purse, letting the Phaser do its job, if needed. She let the wrap open and walked gracefully deeper into the lounge, looking around the observation lounge. She glanced at Cartier thin gold feminine watch. She was on time and no sign of Mr. Isotep. She gave a soft sigh at him playing games as there was one way into the observation lounge. She moved through the lounge to get a different view into the blind spot when initially walking in.
Seeing several teenagers doing some deep kissing and heavy petting. She smiled remembering her time with a few beau's her age slipping off to find the Young Lover's Make-out place, whether aboard a starship, Star base, even lover's point at San Francisco Fleet Academy. She moved on as discretely as possible but was spotted by the young lovers. She ignored them as they scrambled to depart, disappointed at being interrupted.
Once they was gone, Mr. Isotep made his presence know. She was still desirable when he first recruited her. He kicked himself when she had gotten mated the first time and was perversely glad when she lost her family. He had to regain some control over her as he was losing ground on her. "Soooo..You deserting The Cause?" He sneered as openly looked her over. Advancing till he came within few feet of her. "I could let your new Fleeter mate know of some of people you've helped escape the law." Looking up at her with a calculating look. Hoping to see some sign that he still had control of her.
"Do it." She said turning and walking to look out at the stars, realizing she was standing on few feet of materials that separated her from drifting off into the endless void of space.
"Oh really? I bet he would turn you in for conspiring with criminals." Mr. Isotep came to stand next to her with his hands in his pocket to also look out at the view.
"And have me point out your part in everything?" She looked at his reflection when straightened as if she just slapped him. "It's a two way street... Damned if you do... Damned if you don't. Knowing you...you don't like loose ends."
He was quiet for a long time, just staring at what, only he knew as they stood there. "Which would be easy for me to terminate that loose end. But at what cost?"
"Being hunted." Samanthia spoke softly, turning and moved to a seat and settled in the seat with a view. She looked at him, yet still took in the view of what she could and what ever was behind her. "You wouldn't like that. And of course you don't know if I left anything to be brought forth no matter how I died either."
He nodded. "You had such potential to be more than just a Sleeper till needed." He turned and looked at her, crossing his ankles. He was wearing a well tailored black Suit and dark grey vest over a white shirt and soft warm grey tie. He leaned against the railing, studying her. "You were smart to keep yourself at such a peripheral position in the Org."
"I knew my beliefs would change and wanted more out of life. Than living in the shadows like you're used to doing." Samanthia spoke as she relaxed in her seat, but not her vigilance. She was playing way out of her league at the moment. She wondered how many of his men were here, hidden or was he alone. Only thing she could do was brave it out. See if she walked out alone the way she came, or carried by several to the nearest airlock. "It was a passing phase in my life. I figured it would end as soon as I gotten married the first time."
She shifted in her seat, meeting stare for stare. sat there with her legs together and angled to the side a bit.
Mr. Isotep watched her as she shifted, seeing no nervous fidgeting, just a lady he had the serious hots for and slipping out of his grasp like sand. "Would you have stayed as a Sleeper if My Ideals were different?" Tilting his head to the side a bit and then straightening it out again. She was always a mystery to him, yet she was professional when they interacted, showing no signs of interest in him as a person. Was it the men who had a steady professional job and she could easily control. Or was he just to plain for her.
"Probably, as long as it allowed me to have a life." Samanthia spoke softly. As it was her turn to look at him quizzically, wondering where this was leading to.
He removed his hands from his pockets as he stood up from leaning on the railing. He flicked his hand in an awkward manner and strolled off towards the Turbolift. Several thugs came into view...
