*Personal Log Entry, Staff Sergeant Snow Hill (Winter)*

The Starbase...332; Looked a little foreboding from the port hole on the ship. I had not before had the pleasure of being assigned to a Starbase on a permanent measure. Perhaps it would have looked a little less foreboding had the pilot chosen to make better use of the ship's autopilot system.

I'm supposed to report to the Marine CO, 14th Battalion, there has been rumours about these guys on the other ships. A tough bunch to crack but one of the best. We'll see. I doubt I'll get much chance to put my skills to use on a Starbase to be honest. I hate assault rifles, clunky, inefficient.
