Posted on Wed Aug 1st, 2012 @ 11:19am by Samanthia Akiashiro

Mission: The Mystery Men of Mira
Location: SB-332 :: Deck 1956 // Deck 587 Section A & D
Timeline: 0900 hrs - 1015 hrs

:: Deck 1403 ::

Samanthia entered the turbolift, " Deck 1956" Absentmindedly as she settled back against the railing in the turbolift. She relaxed as the weightlessness filled her as the turbolift dropped downward to her desired deck. At first she was puzzled why she said that deck. Then remembered her little Drinking place nestled amongst the Cargo Bays and Manuefacturing that the station needed to upkeep itself between supply runs.

:: Deck 1956 ::

It was were the people of the station could come and let off steam out of the prying eyes of the tourist, V.I.P's and other things that were not for the public's eyes. It was a place where "If it happened here. It stayed here." It turned a nice profit for her with a low overhead. The furniture was cast offs and easily replaced if things got outta hand. The lighting was low and intimate to provide privacy to the patrons that were abit to drunk to find an even more privacy for a quicky.

She smiled at all the things that people patronizing the place did. From gambling at cards, occasional barbrawl, alot of discrete intmacies in the back booths where it was the darkess that the other patrons discretely watched, but made it obvious that they had more things to occupy their attention... winkwink...

Samanthia entered the "Dive" and looked around the place, taking notice that the place had very few patrons in there. Majority was passed out from to much consumtion of alcohol, or the latest illegal intoxicants that finds it way across the vast reaches of space.

Those that were semi-coherent, glanced at her, falling quiet mid-sentance to check her out as her eyes adjusted to the dim lighting of the place. They resumed once they deamed her "Safe" to overhear what they was converving about.

"Gonna miss Berin Voight." A Spacer crew spoke into his glass of booze, sitting with a few of his buddies. "He was gonna give me a job till the Marines busted up his ship!"

"Yeah," Another said, idly shuffling a deck of worn poker cards. "Got shot right in the ole gizzard!"

"May ya roam the stars always good buddy!" Another gave a salute with his glass of booze , and tossing the rest down, swallowing and going into a coughing fit from hell.

Samanthia came to a stop at hearing that. ~~Not Voight! He still had to make that run.~~ Moving casually over to the table, and plopping down in a vacant seat at the table. "You gotta be kidding?" Abit shocked and in a daze, signaling the tander to send over a drink for her and the table.

"No Miss, I wish it aint so." First spoke up, looking at her with boozed soaked glazed over eyes. "They confiscated the MV Drake! Them Feddy Stormtroopers!"

"Oh my!" Samanthia sighed softly. Starfleet and Marines was once again sticking their noses into places where it should've left well enough alone. Maybe her newest family Clan Elder was right. This station was better off in the hands of Civilian Merchants. If trouble came a knocking, they faced the best Mercenary groups money could buy. And they learned that not to mess with SB 332!

"This round is on the house," Samanthia spoke when the drinks arrived, to the three sitting there. Grabbing her drink and wandered off towards the bar, taking a sip. Enjoying the harsh burn of the alcohol sliding down her throat to explode in her gut, sending it numbing warmth through her.

Samanthia nodded to the bartender as she slipped past the bar into the backrooms where the office and storage was located. She moved to the Invoice / ledger covered desk and settled there. "Damn it! Where am I gonna find another reliable smuggler to get the rare stuff to the station at cost?" sipping the hard liquor.

It wasn't even 10 o'clock in the morning as she was already drinking. "Dammint Berin, why have you been so stupid! Everyone knows to stay away from living cargo! You was gonna make a killing out here!" Muttered in fustration as it was going to drive the real booze prices right through the roof. Not even Akiashiro Fleet could barely keep up with the demands of having real booze, not the synth-ohol crap that the replicaters made.

She stood up, knowing full well she would have to talk to Elder Akiashiro to increase the shipment of real alcohol to the station. With the trouble in the Romulan Star Empire, Romulan Booze was becoming the premier drink across the universe and the most exspensive stuff to make purchase scince it was getting harder and harder to find people to sell the stuff in bulk anymore.

Samanthia left the Dive, nodding to the Tender as she carried the her cut of Latinum out of the place along with a trusted Bouncer of the Dive to the turbolift. She nodded, releasing the Bouncer, once she was safe and alone in the turbolift and headed up to Promenade decks of the more civilized of the station. "Deck 587 Section A"

She relaxed as the turbolift darted up the shaft to the desired deck. Her mind racing quickly to find another Captian who was a bit smarter and not afraid to smuggle the desired booze and many other things that was making Warp-12 the premier place to eat. So far she had been lucky and with the information being gathered on the Ritorians for her She was getting ready to introduce "Safe" Ritorian cuisine onto the menu. She had the Ritorian Jelly and it had a slight euphoric quaility about it, but consume to much of it, it became hallucigenic.

:: Deck 587 ::

Causing her to smile as she fell prey to the effects of Ritorian Jelly for the first time she tried it. Giving a soft giggle as she stepped off the turbolift with the case of latinum, stepping through those gathered to use the turbolift she just vacated. Making her way through the people, fleeters, and guest of the station making use of the Promenade Level. Greeting Sentient beings that greeted her and friends as she made her way to the Akiashiro's Merchant Fleet Offices.

She entered the Reception Area, giving a nod to the receptionist as she made her way deeper into Labyrinthine corridors of Akiashiro Merchant Fleet Headquarters....
